First Day of Practice
We’re excited to kick off the season and bring everyone together! This first practice is a chance for athletes and families to connect, learn about our team’s foundation, and review our rules and expectations. We also welcome parents to join us—building strong community ties within Spokane is a key part of what we do.

We’ll be introducing the coaches and sharing our mission, goals, and purpose for the season.

What to Bring:

• Trainers (running sneakers)

• Water

• And most importantly, yourself!
